Lauren Fields

Fields Method is a movement-based recovery system designed to help people move better, feel stronger, and reduce recurring discomfort caused by overuse, compensation, and modern work or training demands.

Rooted in over a decade of experience working with athletes, former athletes, and professionals returning from injury, Fields Method blends guided movement, strength education, and hands-on release techniques to support long-term resilience—not quick fixes.

This work is collaborative, educational, and designed to help you understand your body so results last beyond the session

Movement-Based Recovery. Strength. Resilience.

Why it works

Why it works

What Makes Fields Method Different

Unlike traditional fitness classes or passive recovery approaches, Fields Method is:

  • Movement-led - Clients actively participate in the work through guided movement and feedback.

  • Education-focused - You learn why patterns are happening and how to maintain balance outside of sessions.

  • Strength-informed - We identify underused stabilizers and restore strength where the body is compensating.

  • Integrated - Each session may include:

    • Guided self-release techniques

    • Targeted strengthening

    • Therapeutic movement and stretching

    • Hands-on facilitation when appropriate

The goal is not to “push through” discomfort, but to build intelligent, sustainable movement patterns.

Uncover your movement story

Your daily movement habits form a roadmap. Your natural gait—pelvic tilts, shifts, and rotations—are the landmarks that shape how your body moves every day.

We do not remove the rough elements of healing. Fields Method treats the whole person with clearer, simple subtractions.

Why refine?

Fields Method is purposeful subtraction that leaves only clear signals and solutions

Most pain comes from stuck soft tissue. Remove it, the tight tension eases — life returns.
